Prednisone is a corticosteriod drug and is banned by the IOC and the IOPC for being a potent performance retardant. This discovery helps to explain Moose's recent bouts of 'roid rage and her complete lack of attention to her Judging duties. It is certainly a blow for the reputation of the IOPC, but a new Judge, Mr. Angus Goodwin, has been secured at the last minute and will begin ruling as soon as he returns from daycare today.
I for one am saddened and dismayed. Moose Moose! How could you!? I looked up to your wise wisdom. I can only hope Angus is up to the task. He looks like he can easily match Moose Moose on cuteness, but on wisdom, and ethics? Will he be able to resist bribery efforts? Can he hold strong to his conviction, even in the face of offers of extra goldfish crackers, cookies or a sippy cup full of full -trength apple juice? This remains to be seen...
ReplyDeleteI'll submit a vote of confidence in this new judge. Having seen his mad skills with a spoon and a tub of yogurt, I know he likes to spread the love around. Literally. Bring on the scandals!

ReplyDeleteAs your official picture attests, Mr. Goodwin has a close relationship with the now disgraced Judge Moose. I have it on good authority that the two can regularly be seen together in the Quebec St area. There are also some reports suggesting that Mr. Goodwin has a penchant for small plastic bottles and their lids. Birds of a feather...?
